Car battery tested on the car in 2mins of returning it back no refund was offered because of their policy.

Hello, 6 days ago I went to Midas, to get a new car battery, which cost me R1300 I waited for the order same day and collected it, as soon as I got the car battery I went to put on the battery the car still didn’t start, I realized it wasn’t a battery problem, I went back in as the battery was still new never used never been installed in the car, I was told they don’t offer refund the guys basically hid behind their policy saying they don’t offer refund they don’t take back goods that are electrical, which I find bad and it makes me angry because it means the car doesn’t need a new batter and I have no need for a new battery so the Jaymee's Midas guys basically stole my money, I would have understood if I left with the battery for days and returned it after a long time but I returned the battery in 2 mins after purchasing the battery I’m angry and highly disappointed, their stuff had no interest in trying to help me out in anyways in understanding the problem they saw me try the battery I was in front of the shop despite it they basically told me to **** off. I am reporting the Midas at hillfox, no further assistance was offered by them, I already put up a review on their google website, I already sent them a email but no reply today it’s 6 days after the incident no reply still, it’s unfair that they hide behind their policy just to ***** people’s money.
