Battery warrant

A year back i bought a car battery at midas in soweto next to protea gardens mall which is now no longer working properly. The battery is pregnant, It turns out the battery is not the right type of battery. 1. They didn't advise about the type of battery i was supposed to buy as the manager admitted to me that they didn't know i was supposed to buy an agm battery. 2. The manager said that they always check the battery which customers bring for exchange which in my case, they didn't check hence i was sold the wrong type of battery. I strongly feel that this people need proper product training because they are the experts, they shouldn't be out chasing sales and selling wrong things to the customers.
