Battery problems from Midas Springs

Bought a car battery from Midas Springs less than a year with a two year guaranty on it. Went back because my car would not start, would only start with jumper cables. Was told there's nothing wrong with the battery, they can't replace it. The staff said I must go to a battery fitment center near for assistance.
