Terrible service from Midas

I bought a battery and the battery didn't charge...I returned it....they gave me the samebattery with leakages this time and a broken terminal ....its stopped working in my car .. The next thing I went to the store waited 1hr and they gave me a loan battery that doesn't want to crank my engine....I called and my phone call was dropped ......telling me they can't help me .....today my car is stuck in the bushes with no battery ....I even asked for a refund they declined refunding me...even though the batter was returned within the 7 days window.....funny enough the time my battery was taken for service they took a complete 1 month and I used a taxi the whole month
