BAD Service. I will never ever recommend this branch to anyone

I must express my anger and disappointment the way I was treated at one of your stores for taking back a complaint to them of the broken item I earlier bought. The first time I returned the item, I was told that saleslady who helped me was not present I must come back when she is back so that she can take me through the camera to show me that she checked the item thoroughly before she gave it to me. This I was told by the manager.

When I went back, she never did any of what the manager promised to do. The saleslady instead picked small scratches from the item claiming that I scratched it. I actually returned the item for something totally different. She never even bothered to ask me what the problem was until after she took the different piece of the items to the manager whom I think told her why I brought it back. The manager then told her to refund my money back and do not sell me anything else in the store because I will return it again with another complaint . I found such an attitude very strange and poor customer service however I had to leave because I was being chased away.

I had to drive to another store which is about 15 km away from home compare to this one which is just about a stone throw from me which I have been using for a long time. I have now decided not to go back there again in future after this incident hence felt reporting my unhappiness of it to you with the hope that it be addressed to avoid a similar experience to happen.

I hope and trust that my complaint will receive the attention it deserves.
