Bad service from Midas Goodwood

This morning around 10am I went to Midas Goodwood as they had a special on the Hilux d4d filter kits. When I asked for the filter kits, the price was not yet set to the special price, after asking help to rectify the price, it was done. I bought 2 of these filter kits at R658. After payment I asked about the Lucky Draw ticket if you spend over R500. No one knew anything about this although it was printed on the pamphlet. Management was contacted via telephone and it seems they also don't have a clue what is happening. I left the shop without any ticket and I don't think I will visit this store again!
