Bad service

I went to Midas Tembisa Plaza yesterday to change my car battery because it's faulty. To cut the story short my battery was not changed instead i was told to come back on Saturday to charge the battery so that they can test it. Going to and back is petrol. They couldn't even offer a loan battery if they wanted to charge mine. They gave me the impression that they not going to change the battery and i only bought it 4 months ago. I just want my battery changed that's all
