Bad service

Bought a battery at midas in dobsenville on the 30th january went there on Saturday to change battery because its giving me issues they said i must come back Sunday i did that then they said they cant change my battery because of the terminals then i asked what must happen as it still has warranty they said they dont know i wouldnt recommend anyone to go buy a battery there their service is **** and they dont even care they didnt even take the battery to check what could be the problem so meaning its a loss on my side they didnt even pay attention to what ii was saying they said they cant help while i had the receipt ***
