Bad service and dissatifaction at Midas polokwane landros mare street

I bought a car cover at Midas Polokwane and realised it does not meet my specification. The so called Madimetja who saidnis the shop manager was very rude. He refused to take the item back and their condition says items can be returned within 7days. The guy does not have management and customer service s****s. I want my refund because it is within the 7days and it was not indicated that they will not take the product back. The product is not voetstoot cos the slip has returns conditions.
