Bad service and attitute

I received bad service and attitude from Midas Mashamaite buitekant where I bought a battery on 30 May 2020 and now it has started malfunctioning and it has 2 year warranty. Now that they are supposed to get an axchange for the faulty battery, they are giving me the run around and blaming everything like the alternator and other stuff. I have had the alternator checked by a mechanic at my own costs and they have assured me that it is the battery that is malfafuntioning this is the bad treatment i received from them. Please make sure that you replace my battery since now my car is working properly because am using onother battery.
