Bad Service

I am most appalled by the service myself and my husband just received at Midas Goodwood Branch, the manager had a stinky attitude. In November my husband purchased Hella CLEANTECH wipers (which was the most expensive wipers), at the time of purchase the sales person advised us that this was the superior quality and therefore we opted to take the more expensive brand. It was not raining at the time, however it is quite embarrassing that the wipers makes a terrible sound whenever in use. We went there this afternoon to ask if they can exchange it for us, we never wanted our money back, the manager said it was not his problem. I am shocked at his attitude and will never support Midas again. Is there any loyal service out there?????
