Bad service

I went to the shop looking for a headlight for my car. I got there and asked the man that was working there at the time that I was looking for a headlight for my vehicle but I don't know if its a two or a three pin so is it possible for them to take out the one that is not working in my car as a sample. He just said they don't touch customers cars and left me there standing while he went on about his business talking to his colleagues. He didn't wait to hear what else I had to say or if I wanted anything else.
