Bad service
<p>I rocked up there in a rush 20 minutes before closing time and asked for tyre sealant for a mountain bike.</p> <p>I know its a silly question but i though they may have a sealant for cars that works on bikes.</p> <p>They did not, and that was fine.</p> <p>I went for a more imporatnt reason....</p> <p>I then asked for an Opel Astra 93 oil cap and i got a sarcastic response about yes they probably do but the systems are off now and i should come back tomorrow.</p> <p>Yet he is sitting as his post twiddling his thumbs, counting the seconds before he can leave for the weekend.</p> <p>I got an oil cap at Ottery Suburban spares and recieved good service.</p> <p>Midas this does not bode well for a new customer at your store.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad service needs to be an exception rather then the rule and i hope this individual feels a sting when he learns this as it not acceptable!</p>
