Bad customer service from midas Meadowlands

Today I went to midas Meadowlands to get a stabilizer link for my car and I was served by Stone, he told me that the car part I'm looking for they don't have it in store however he can send the driver Matlomola to go fetch it at moroka midas it was around 13h15 when Stone called the driver to go fetch that part for me, I waited from 13h25 till 15h40 the driver never pitched with the spare part, when he was called by his colleague to find out his whereabouts he didn't even sound bothered he said he was busy at khwezi ... I asked to be refunded so that I can go elsewhere to look for the part, I was disappointed with the service and no apology from management about the incident, I feel I got terrible customer service because the shop is in a black community and the staff feels we don't deserve good customer service because we are black unlike if it was in the suburbs cause people there are better than us. I will NEVER go to that store again .
