Bad Customer Service
I'm disappointed by the customer service r4eceived from Midas Kwezi. We bought a battery in February 2019 and now it has started malfunctioning and it has 2 year warranty. Now that they are supposed to get an axchange for the faulty battery, they are giving us the run around and blaming everything like the alternator and stuff. we have had the alternator checked by a mechanic at our cost and they have assured us it is the battery.....beyond disappointed in trying to support a local business and this is the treatment we receive.
