Bad customer service 🤮

Highly disappointed 😞 with Midas service that I got from them today , went to the shop today to return a bettery I bought from them. I bought a bettery from them its not even up to a year the bettery is dead but its had a 2 year guarantee. Instead of them helping me they took my bettery told me they want to access it so for now they will give their bettery to use in the mean time while waiting for a week to get my bettery. The sad part of this is that the bettery they have given me to be using while accessing my own is completely dead, I'm stuck now in the middle of nowhere because they gave a dead bettery to use.
