bad customer care at midas saltriver

i bought a clutch kit from midas in saltriver not to long ago, on fitting the clutch, which they said was correct for the vehicle that I was working, when started the vehicle and tried to work the clutch there was something wrong I had to remove the gearbox again then I found that the clutch kit the sold me was incorrect and it caused damage to the guide bush in the gearbox. I returned the clutch and had to buy a new guide, they gave me another clutch kit fitted it and tried again this time it wasn't releasing correctly. so I had to do the same job again, I returned the clutch again they gave another one but the same thing happened. I then bought a clutch from my own money from a different midas and it worked no problems and now im struggling to get my money back from midas saltriver, I have since returned the clutch kit to the them with the paper work, but have yet to hear from them I called them once to find out about it and the manager had and attitude [I wasn't rude to him at all I just wanted to know how long I still needed to because I have already been waiting for more than a month] . I lost all the money I was supposed to make from the job because I had to do it four times and I had to spend own money to replace the damaged part and buy another clutch kit and now I struggling to get my money back for the clutch kit that didn't work.
