bad battery no response

I had purchased a grand prix battery from Midas Vereeniging on the 23/05/2015 for R868.70.The battery is not keeping charge over night,I live very far away from the Midas which is the closest to me,I use my bakki every day for work and cannot get to them.I have emailed them regarding this matter in June with no reply.I don't see why I have to spend more money on fuel for faulty stock,I would use about R250.00 just to go back to get a new battery from them
