Bad Bad Service !

If the service is not already as bad as it can by at Lydenburg Midas, the staff is making it worse. Called them this morning to find out if they have brakes for our car, only get there and none of them knew who was spoken to over the phone after they confirmed that they have stock available to be picked up.. With a lot of confusion, I managed to find out that it was Richard that my husband spoke to and said that he has Ferodo brakes available and gave the price and everything. He later then all of a sudden said that it is a special order and he doesn't have any available brakes for me to buy for my car!! Very upset!
