Allowing your staff to racially insult clients ?

<p>I was shocked when this black shop assistant called a white lady customer a stupid ****ing white ***** just because she corrected him by noting that the product he had brought to the check-out was the wrong size / item ... and nobody silenced him ?! Allowing this shop assist to follow the client outside while he was still screaming racial insults ?! </p>
