Achievement Unlocked - Worst Customer Care

Today, at 10:15am, whilst waiting for a cashier (who left to find a price due to an error in the system inventory), another customer arrived at the second cashiers window in the hopes of a quick checkout. The cashier who was seated at the cashier desk ignored the poor customer. The cashier was obviously overwhelmed with her social media tesponsibilities and was half way through her mid morning finger-licking, pap and chicken take-out, that she was devouring in front of all her customers.

When the first cashier finally returned. more customers had joined the check out queue, all propably wondering who or what was holding up their Saturday morning.

I asked the cashier helping me if the person sitting next to her was a cashier, to which she rep**** "yes". I asked "why does the cashier blatantly ignore her customer's who are waiting in line?" Her responce "she's eating".

The cashier had pointed out the obvious, I could she she was eating. It dawned on me that I might be dealing with a retard.

What both cashiers failed to comprehend was the simple gesture of customer care. So I asked, "surely its more important to first help the customer before taking a tea break in front of them?" But there was only a blank look on cashiers face.
