Absolutely Brilliant Service

After having nothing but difficulty in receiving something as simple as a quotation from Midas Newcastle, I contacted Midas Centurion. What a Godsend!!! My call was answered by a friendly voice who directed me to the correct contact person immediately. This contact person (Anzelle Gindra) was even friendlier than the first. :) I explained that I had been trying to obtain a confirmation of availability and relevant quotation for a list of tools. Anzelle requested me to email her the list. Within an hour Anzelle had answered all questions, supp**** prices, confirmed availability, and obtained delivery dates of all the items that I requested. This is something that Newcastle Midas has not even accomplished yet in 37 days!!! 3 days later I was at the Centurion store and took delivery of a long list of tools. :) Thank you, Anzelle, for absolutely brilliant service!!!
