Worst service ever, had my Jordan Legacy 150cc there, I asked for the brake and indicator lights to be fixed, the carburetor was replaced and I've been having troubles ever since. Took it back to them three times to fix what they said was fixed and the third time the owner told me he never wants to see me again, like he was doing me a favour and he wasn't paid to provide a service. They also replaced, or so he says, the brake pads without my prior knowledge and not requested. My brakes was perfectly fine. The brake pads wasn't on the initial invoice, which we confirmed was all I owed, he sent me a WhatsApp saying: "By the way, you still owe me R300 for new brakes." How unprofessional is that? No work orders or job cards in place either. Mechanics are left to do as they please and nothing gets checked.
