Unprofessional **** service

This is the worst service I've received and people should know.

First someone came to assess what is needed to reactivate an already installed alarm system. We discuss the costs and I was happy. Days later a technician came to install a gate monitor as agreed but also noticed the battery needed to be replaced. Went to the car, got an expired battery which he said would be temporary and would get back to me. Before he could come back I get an invoice with amounts from other people's accounts and the battery charge. I speak to Hanlie Russel about this and she kept on insisting that it was supposed to be charged. Dissatisfied I decide to terminate the month to month agreement. She started being extremely rude and told me I will pay for March which we haven't even gone into. She has no knowledge of what she's doing and will cost this company a lot of money. They won't get far by trying to con people into paying for other people's accounts.
