Unprofessional

I've had nothing but frustration and disappointment from Midalarms. Not a single quote that I've asked has been done accurately - for which I have to wait for weeks - and some sort of blunder on their admin side meant that debit orders did not go through. My review is not on false expectation, but a comparison with another security company that I use on the coast for several properties. In eight years I've never had a problem with quotes, installations, debit orders - just plain professional service and smooth sailing as expected from a security company.

The people of Middelburg deserves better.
