The alarm keeps giving problems and going off in the middle of the night when the technician is suposed to fix it and we are required to pay. The same problem keeps happening after they 'fixed' it and then get charged again. A job card is booked for a technician to fix and only 3 days later do they come to fix the problem only for the same problem to keep happening.
