Ronny and his colleague whom I don't know

So today I went to MICT SETA to get my certificate of 2012 fixed because the ID is incorrect. So I got there and the lovely receptionist referred me to Ronny who was very much helpful until his colleague called me at told me how I'm not serious about my future,that is been almost 6 years n why didn't I come sooner but when I tried explaining my self yoh the lady bit my head off telling me she's there to work not to nurse my feeling then she hang the phone up then when I called and asked Ronny what's required of me so I can fix my certificate they told me about how I should write a motivational letter and affidavit stating why should they fix my certificate then when I asked why should I provide those for their error they hung up on me again then when I call back they say Ronnie went out but I spoke to him less than a minute agor. ..I'm highly disappointed
