Outstanding N5 Business analyst certificate MICT SETA

I have been waiting one year for my N5 business analyst certificate from a learnership i completed on the 8th August 2025 , despite my emails to my HR and the training facilitators from forvis mazars. , i still have no certificate and no feedback , i keep getting told its MICT SETA that is the problem and the delay , i would like my certificate
