Mict seta *******ion

I'm very disappointed in how things went down regarding our 12 month course at college of cape town with funding from Mict Seta. 5 months into the course on Feb 2021 "mict seta" decided to stop the funding with no reason at all. What ****ed me off more was the fact that they started funding other skills programs at the same time our funding ended. Also the agreement and contracts was signed and stamped by the college, mict seta and the learner. If this is a government funding then why are they playing us like pawns? Or are they just another ******* organization that only takes care of their own pockets
