Financial Support not rendered

I am very disappointed and upset by the ill-treatment I have received thus far by this institution. My daughter was awarded Financial Support towards ger studies for Drama and acting at City Varsity, I have a letter to confirm this from the MICT SETA: Senior Manager: LPD, signed by Jabu Sibeko dated 03/052016. They have since failed to make payment to City Varsity which has led to myself and wife having to pay an amount of R30 406.00

when ever I call I am sent from post to pillar with no real resolution as all I want is a refund for the amount which we had to pay as a result of lack of support from MICT SETA.
