Rude unprofessional staff

I called in requesting for a paid up letter on behalf of a client. The consultant was rude and sounded unprofessional. I asked him how long will it take for the paid up letter to sent , he gave the phone to his Rude supervisor or manager, he just shouted saying i must wait and not tell him how to operate . Worst service ever
