xbox points debacle...cannot redeem!

Dear sir<br> <br> My xbox points were converted back into currency and now expire on 1 June, but I cannot use them to buy a game! Why not? This is theft! I also tried to get a call back from your website...no luck. Please get hold of me urgently to explain this latest ***** up with your systems. I am preparing a co-defendent legal action.
