Xbox One Controller Replacement

<p>Absolutely terrible warranty service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Faulty control on basically a new xbox one console. </p> <p> </p> <p>For 5 days I've been sent in different directions by various agents. Eventually I am just told to call someone else.</p> <p> </p> <p>Theo, Mark, Iola all these people have done absolutely nothing to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for nothing.</p>
