Xbox account issues

I have been using my Xbox account for 10 plus year now and randomly got a pop up and cant access my account or any of my games due to suspicious activity. I have submitted a form to recover my account as I don't have that email anymore but have not got a response in over a week and I'm going to be charged a subscription fee on top of that that i wont be able to use. Can not even get in touch via email with a person for support or a call. Great!
