X box One Microsoft take money but there are no games to download and no support line to contact. Be careful!!

Microsoft X box One have on a number of occasions taken money out of our accounts and there have been no games for the X box One to download. They also do not have a support contact number. They currently have taken R1 500 out of our accounts and it's impossible to get hold of anyone to sort this out. A total **** !!!!!!
