Windows Activation error after reinstall

I recently had to reinstall my purchased version of windows which I paid R4000 for after moving away from the windows insider program and being forced by Microsoft to reinstall windows, now my windows doesn't want to activate, and I have logged multiple calls with Microsoft with absolutely no response from them. This is absolute ****ty service, please can someone from Microsoft contact me.
