I have a personal subscription with microsoft and for the last 6 weeks I have been getting requests to update my password or verify my identity, which I do but this problem persists, 2 days ago I was completely cut off from sending or receiving emails via outlook, I cannot use word, excel and all other programs that form part of my package, I am also unable to make use of Adobe and related software and just cannot get hold of a Human Being to discuss this problem with. Frustration is not the word, is there an option that I can make use of as I cannot handle this type of service.
