Windows 10 update strikes again!

My laptop updated automatically last Thursday without asking if I actually wanted to update (not the first time this has happened). After this update, my laptop is now back to it factory settings, where all my programs and files have been lost and a few have become *******. According to my I.T. guy that is helping me try and sort this huge mess up out, there have been three other people (YOUR clients) with exactly the same problem in the last week. Apparently I have lost my programs and most of my files (which have mostly been ******* from this update). This isn't the first time I have experienced these mess ups from your updates, but I really suggest trialing your new system updates for a longer, firstly to sort out glitches before releasing it to your clientele, and so that problems like this do not happen to other people. Its ridiculous, time consuming and money wasting for your clients who now have to run around trying to get their lost data and programs back. Frankly, if it weren't for Office, I would have just stuck with Mac OS & Apple LONG ago. User Experience and User friendly... the last thing I will say.
