Windows 10 create huge costs to users

Windows 10 update fried my computer. Had to pay to have it restored to factory settings. Had to reinstall Office and after 30 minutes with technical support can still not access outlook. Still have to reinstall professional program I use for my profession. At a cost. This has cost me 2 days productivity to date
