will microsoft ever deliver?

MS has always charged an arm and a leg for their buggy software. Every patch you install creates more problems! When they took over Nokia, they wiped us all out. MS has always been a problem but my nokia no longer works and won't connect to my laptop. Crazy! apple my i-phone connected to windows laptop but my nokia windows phone can't connect to my windows laptop. it .used to connect but every MS patch download *****s everything up. Why don't micro**** test their software? We spend downloading their patches and then are forced to the next OS that also will not. I want to back to XP or even windows 98. Nothing since XP has ben reliable.
