why are you making Lumia phones so user unfriendly

<p>I use a lumia phone and my wife and I have gone through 6 Lumia phone between us. we currently use the 550 and 650. I enjoy the phone, and love it.</p> <p>my gripe though is that everymonth our phones must go through a period where they don't function properly. The battery will all of s sudden not last for even an afternoon, apps will close themselves while you using them, the phone freezes,etc. the phone tells you that you need to update it. I connect to wi-fi and download the updates, but the download gets stuck on 30% every time you try and this carries on for a few days and in the mean time your phone is not workig properly, then after a while they load succesfuly and the phone works like magic, until you have to do the same thing again... surely you can improve that.</p> <p>i understand the benefits of having new frimware, but why make it so hard.?</p>
