VERY BAD SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA - NO LOCAL HELP CENTRE ITS IN THE UK.

Bought a game from the store thinking it was for pc unfortunately it was for xbox one..they didnt make it very clear. Requested a refund 2 minutes later. This was on the 6th. Its the 8th now still no word or email. Called the centre had to phone 3 times and still havent received help just was told to wait. VERY BAD SERVICE! Wont be buying anything from them again thats for sure
