useless Microsoft customer service

Trying to get our license fee paid and need a Tax invoice, not a Pro Forma, NO assistance from Microsoft in this regard. license expires soon. Bank Does not pay without Tax invoice, Microsoft does not give tax invoice without payment. Everytime you have a meeting with them it's AI, not humans
