Useless and uncaring

I need help setting up my iPhone to use Outlook with my personal email. I phone my ISP and they say I must call Microsoft and give me a number. I call the number and after 500 different electronic menu option I GET TOLD TO GO LOOK ON-LINE!!!!!!!!!!! If it was that easy for me I’d of done in the beginning. AGAIN, A MEGALITHIC CORPORATE WHO DOESNT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE BUT RATHER TICKING BOXES AND SHAREHOLDERS!!!!!!!!
