Unauthorized debit order

They seems to be unauthorized debit orders being made on my sisters account every 1 is complaining about this company they even gain access to my sisters capitec account and took her money when we try to contacted them thy just not answering their phones and alot of people have complained against it capitec is even unable to help my sister now
