Treating customers with contempt

I know that Microsoft actually, oops sorry let's keep PC allegedly, could not give a continental about their clients, however this time they have taken it to an art form. <br> Normally they actually semi-try to help, this time they simply put the phone down on me 8 times over a 4 day period, when they found they had not a clue why the latest Microsoft Windows update *****ed up the operating system.<br> Yea I know that they will do absolutely nothing about it simply because they can.<br> But it helped to vent .
