Totall unaware of what they do...

Two weeks ago I came across a Microsoft counter in Menlyn shopping mall Pretoria advertising the various devices Microsoft has on offer at the moment.<br> I've always been a fan of Nokia devices and with Microsoft running the show, my loyalty remains until now.<br> A particular device I've been looking for was on display at the stand, the Lumia 930 in Green, which I know is rare in South Africa due to popularity issues but there it was none the less.<br> Speaking to the guy on hand they could not sell me the device as it was only for display purposes but they gave me their and office number to Microsoft in Bryanston, telling me they will be able to help as they have boxes of these devices available.<br> I promptly called the next morning to the consultant who answered his mobile number but pretended not to hear me - I called a dozen times, left a voice message and sent a text to no avail and no response.<br> The Microsoft office was just as useless continually transferring me to a call centre in India rather than answering my questions relating to the availability of the device.<br> I approached the stand a week later and everyone pretended nothing ever happened.<br> Nice attitude Microsoft.
