If I could give you -100 stars I would. Absolutely disgusted at your lack of customer service. You have charged me twice for the same subscription and refuse to refund my money. Every few days I have to contact support only to go through the same process of explaining the situation and getting the same unsatisfactory answer. Both charges are there on my bank statements, clear as day!
