THEFT AND LIES

On the 24th of December Microsoft decided to debit my account 10 times the day before Christmas for something I did not purchase or subscribe to. I filed a report with them and I'm being told to verify emails that don't belong to me and I'm told to take it up with my bank. I have went through chats and emails and they keep saying they tried to call me but my line went to voicemail bunch of ***** and greedy ******* I want my money back
