Terrible Customer Care: Microsoft South Africa

<p>Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update for Windows Cell Phiones was released Tuesday, 16 August 2016. Update not available for SA. Posted a query on MS SA Facebook page. Got a response they refer to a team and revert back to me. Contacted MS SA H/o in Jhb. Nobody knows anything about the update. Got transfered to Tech support in India. Ther the Tech Support consultant also knows nothing when the update will be available for SA. Posted a complaint on the bad customer service on the MS SA Facebook page. The posts got deleted and no reply received on the queries. MS SA gives no back support for any Mobile Device they sell in SA. The customer support from MS SA is so putrid, useless, bad and non existant. They think ther are gods that does not have to respond to any customer query. It is so sorry that they dominate the market but I will never ever buy a MS product ever again!</p>
